DECORATIVE 21-01

“I just wanted to say that John and I were simply stunned by the experience of staying with you this past week. The rooms were fabulous, the location was incredibly convenient for our business at Abbotsford Airport,  the welcome and “home away from home” atmosphere was a huge surprise, and the breakfasts (oh my goodness) were simply spectacular. Thank you both so much for making our business trip feel like a vacation. We both wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone and we will DEFINITELY be back.”.

-Phil Cole (Ottawa, Canada)

“We wanted to say a big thank you again for hosting us while we are on tour with the BiggerThanThat! program!

We look forward to working with you in the future on an event! You have a lovely establishment!”

-Jaylie Nicholl and Ryan Laird (British Columbia)

“What a surprise how comfortable our stay was, how easy the access to major highway is. How healthy the breakfasts are! Thanks so much a pleasant surprise indeed.”

-wilmaw396 (Whistler, British Columbia)

“Wow, very nice, peaceful, comfortable place to stay. Backing onto the green space and vineyard, this place was much more than we expected. The food and hospitality were awesome, and we look forward to being back soon.”

-Rick B (Edmonton, Canada)

“Excellent experience overall. We were graciously allowed to park our car at the Inn while we were away. Hosts were attentive, engaging and addressed all our wants and needs. Breakfast was excellent – worthy of a 5 star restaurant. Tremendous value overall!”

– Gail F (Lynnwood, WA)

“Such a relief from mundane hotel rooms. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly hosts who struck the right balance between privacy and friendliness. Lovely views too. I wont think twice about where to stay if I am in the area again.”

-thomas512 (London, UK)

“This Inn is in a residential setting, a bit off the beaten path, but its AWESOME. The owners are super friendly. Each room has a theme (I stayed in the Secret Garden) which had attention to details I have not seen in a long time! Bathroom featured a big tub and a separate shower, cozy living room with propane fireplace, TV, DVD access… Bed was super comfy! Morning breakfast was over the top excellent – they cater to your nutritional needs (vegan, vegetarian, allergies). Breakfast is served in a common dining room, plenty of coffee! It was fantastic, I’d stay here again for business or as a romantic get away!”

-Liz S

“What a find! This was perhaps our best B & B experience to date, and we have stayed at quite a number of them. Chris and Sandi were superb hosts and very welcoming. The ambience, the breakfasts and each room reflected their attention to detail and their desire to provide a wonderful Boutique B & B experience. They succeeded in our eyes (and mouths). We stayed in the “A Good year in the Vineyard” suite, but they all appeared to be equally inviting. Each suite has its own movie theme and decor. We will definitely do this again the next time we find ourselves in Abbotsford.”

-John S, (Vancouver, Washington, USA)

“The best we’ve ever encountered. Nice size, clean well decorated room, with an excellent ensuite SPA like bathroom. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and all linen looked and felt new. We did enjoyed the view of the mountains and the vineyards while having a coffee on the private balcony of the room. Almost forgot, the breakfast was excellent. We will definitively comeback and we will stay for more then a day.”

-simongH9663MU (Gatineau, Quebec)

“We had an extraordinary visit at the Brookside Inn. Charmingly theme decorated suites set the mood for an enchanting, comfortable, and affordable stay at this delightful Inn. Our personable hosts made us feel at home. Loved the views and great breakfast. Clean, quiet, good bed. Would highly recommend.”

-lindafI7761GF (Hayden, Idaho)

Whether you are a tourist, business person, newly wed or simply someone in need of a change of scenery plan to book a suite at the Brookside Inn. Chris and Sandi are delightful hosts who care about the well-being of their guests. We stayed in Midnight in Paris, a meticulously clean suite with a balcony overlooking the vineyard. Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast prepared by Sandi over conversation with other guests. Share birdwatching experiences with Chris. What a lovely experience!”

-1BostonTraveler (Boston, MA)

“We spent 5 wonderful nights here while site-seeing in the Vancouver area. Sandi and Chris are extremely gracious innkeepers, dedicated to making your stay perfect. This new and pristine Inn is extremely well-run. Our suite was spacious…view from our private balcony was beautiful…breakfast each day was a culinary work of art. The Inn is situated in a quiet non-commercial area, which was the perfect counterpoint to busy attractions we visited each day. It is priced to bring in and establish a client base – which makes for a GREAT deal. No trade-off between price and quality of accommodations – you get the best of both here. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay in BC. Highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to the greater Vancouver area.”

-Harry & Marilyn (Gainesville, Florida)

“I would recommend this boutique hotel for business or pleasure! Chris & Sandi clearly take pride in everything they do. From the amazing garden to the themed rooms there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make our stay amazing! They make you feel right at home. Breakfast was incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was great getting to know the owners as well as the other guests, We were in the Tuscan Suite and we had a balcony overlooking the gardens and vineyard next door. We could also see Mt Baker in the distance. This is a quiet residential area but close enough to town that we went to the restaurant Chris recommended. Wished we could stay longer. We will definitely be back!”

-Elenas4204 (Phoenix, Arizona)

“The Bride & Groom live about 10 minutes away . . . We were the Matron-of-Honor and the M.C. Stayed here because their home was full of visitors . . . Two-night stay . . The Hosts treated us like Royalty! Rooms, decor and amenities are all Superb! We will certainly stay here again . . .Just for the peaceful elegant privacy of the setting and Hosts! We live about an hour drive (Metro Vancouver) from this Boutique hotel but will stay here because of the way the owners treat each guest!”
